The Over Surgery extension project in Cambridge was to provide two new consulting rooms and reconfigure the existing building.

Works included:

• Relocating and refurbishing a Nurse’s room
• Provide additional administrative accommodation
• Refurbish the patient waiting area
• Refurbish sanitary accommodation

A new vehicular entrance to the car park was also developed to provide improved access to the site, and modifications to the current parking area were made to provide additional spaces.

Various other external works were done at the front of the clinic, including a new bin store, new cycle hoops, and hard and soft landscaping for the main entrance area.

There were numerous alterations to the existing services within the building to cooperate with the new extension
