Each new industrial unit contains its own office space, kitchen and WC area. Now known as Tinwell Business Park, this development has transformed into a thriving community of local businesses.

The contract included:

• The removal of the existing concrete hardstanding.
• Remodelling a 4m high bund around 50% of the existing site.
• Constructing a new HGV service road complete with a turning circle.
• Constructing 20 new block-paved car parking spaces.

The new units are built around and connected to the existing operational units, and work includes forming a new fire escape for the units.

Our external landscaping works were meticulously planned and executed, including providing new trees, hedges, grass areas, and soakaways and remodelling a bund wall to avoid disruption for badgers.
