The work involved installing new Kingspan insulated cladding on both the roof and the external walls of the building’s steel superstructure. Rooflights were installed on the roof cladding to help bring light into the building. Two roller shutter doors to the building for vehicle access. Blockwork walls to the inside of the building, as well as tarmac to the external area to help make good the surface under a canopy area on the front elevation of the structure.

Other work involved various electrical installations, including a new fire, intruder alarm, and landscaping of the existing boundary wall just outside the new building.
