The works comprised of a licenced asbestos strip out, new damp proof coursing, replacement of existing floors, new fireplaces, refurbishment of existing timber windows & secondary glazing and a complete internal refit including new kitchen and bathroom.

Externally, the wasteland was transformed into a pleasant lawned garden with the existing gutters and downpipes being replaced with traditional cast iron material.
