Completed in four phases, this project involved the complete internal refurbishment of the 4-storey medical centre, with limited external work on a new ramp to a single access point.

The biggest challenge of this project was that the building remained fully operational throughout the works.  This proved challenging as access had to be provided at all times to both patients and staff.
This project was part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which was set up to ensure that contractors looked after their neighbours and the surrounding area. Probus achieved the highest “Excellent” grade for this project as a result of the scheme’s site audits.
The project involved:

• Total demolition and remodelling before new mechanical and electrical installations
• Forming new openings for doors and windows to match existing ones
• Refurbishment of offices and toilets
• Associated electrical and plumbing works
• Plaster repairs to existing walls
• Construction of walls
• New floor finishes
• Joinery & Decorating

All works will be carried out to the client’s specifications and completed to the clients full satisfaction.
