Wisbech Grammar School.
We have been carrying out major projects for Wisbech Grammar school since our formation in 2017. We have listed here a selection of completed contracts.
Dwight 6th Form Centre
This 9,000 sq ft teaching block was converted into a new 6th form centre which included all new floor finishes, electrics, new plumbing and decoration.
The biggest transformation was demolishing the existing storerooms and classroom walls to create one large social zone which included a canteen and servery area.
Hazel Boarding House
This project saw the conversion of an educational building into new student accommodation and was carried out during the school’s summer holiday shutdown.
The classrooms were converted into a 6 bedroom facility to house up to 18 students, complete with 7 bathrooms, a kitchen and house-parent apartment.
Music Room
Within a tight 3 week programme we transformed 2 run-down classrooms into 3 fully equipped music rooms by stripping out the old geography rooms and demolishing existing brickwork walls.
Mobile Classrooms
We carried out the full refurbishment of these dilapidated mobile class units. The work comprised a complete internal strip out followed by the refurbishment and cladding of the units with new timber cladding. We also installed a new raised deck area, a decorative pergola, bench seating and planters.
